| Beschreibung: | Yoga ist ein Übungssystem zur Zentrierung und Harmonisierung von Körper und Geist. Der Übungsweg besteht aus Bewegungsabläufen, Körperhaltungen, Atemübungen und Achtsamkeitsübungen. Ziel ist zunächst der Aufbau einer harmonischen Körperstruktur. Dies unterscheidet sich grundlegend von "Fitness", weil für einen harmonischen Körper Entspannung und Beweglichkeit ebenso wichtig sind wie Kraft und Ausdauer. Durch das meditative üben wird beim Yoga der Geist zentriert und in Achtsamkeit und Präsenz geschult. Der Weg dorthin ist nicht für jeden gleich. Daher haben sich für meinen Unterricht zwei Übungsformen bewährt. Ich nenne sie Yoga Intensiv und Power Yoga. Beide Formen sind von traditionellen Yogastilen abgeleitet und auf ihre Art und Weise anspruchsvoll und herausfordernd. Probiert es einfach aus! |
