| Description: | We are planning a very special yoga retreat to Bali
which will include 7 nights on the ocean at a small European styled resort, and 3 nights
in Ubud, the cultural heart of the Island. Yoga classes will be offered by Deanna Evans. Deanna encourages her students to approach their practice with a deep awareness of their physical and subtle bodies, and to face challenges on and off the mat with ease and joy through the vehicle of the breath, a still mind, and an open heart. The morning classes will consist of a heart-centered, alignment-based vinyasa (flow) class. In the evenings, we will go deeper with a more restorative class and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). Deanna will also be guiding us through meditations, pranayama (breath work) and the chakras (energy centers of the subtle body). The price for the retreat includes: $1895 USD 7 nights accomodation at Gaia-Oasis; 3 nights accomodation at the Arma Resort in Ubud; All breakfasts; All Lunches and Dinners at Gaia; A Farewell Dinner with Dancing and Music at Gaia; Transportation to and from the airport, and to Ubud; 2 yoga classes per day at Gaia led by Deanna; 1 Massage at Gaia; 1 Dance Performance in Ubud There will be additional opportunities for sightseeing and touring while in Ubud. |
