Samyama is the coolest house with doors and windows over 11 feet high, continually being refreshed by sea breezes. If required full board is available. Diet is mostly vegetarian, but if requested sea food can be prepared. Samyama has 5 twin bedrooms, 3 doubles and 2 singles. Samyama is also available to yoga/art groups for rent. We offer 5 to 7 days total yoga retreat, when we are immersed in asana, pranyama, mantra, meditation and studying the classical yoga texts. Comparing their relevance to our lives today.We also offer tours of Sri Lanka cultural triangle, and safari to discover Sri Lanka's vast variety of flora and fauna. | |
