It is a potent and effective system of self-transformation and personal development, makes you radiant, peaceful and strong so that you can meet life's challenges with strength and compassion.
Ultimately Kundalini Yoga allows you to lead a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Lunch Time Meditation Class: Heart Space
Thursdays 12.45 pm to 1.30 pm at 4 a Park Street, SE1 9AB

Heart Space will provide a a safe and sacred environment for you to be still and reconnect with your inner strength. It will help you to relax, focus and feel re-energised. We will start with a short guided meditation/ relaxation (lying down) to centre ourselves and become aware of our bodies and our breath. This will be followed by simple warm up, exercises, stretches and pranayama (breathing exercises) preparing us for meditation.
Each week we will perform a meditation from the Kundalini Yoga tradition following a different theme every week. For example: Creating Self Love or Balancing the Negative Mind. We will also use exercises from the Teachings of Positive Psychology learning tools that will help us to lead a more fulfilled life e.g. Mindfulness Practices or write a letter of Gratitude.
The main program will last 45 min in case people need to get back to their work. We will have the space for an hour and you are welcome to stay and share, ask questions, etc. You won't need to get changed for this as long as you wear loose fitted clothing.

My aim is to create a community class suitable for all levels and ages (no need to be a gym bunny or able to bend your body like a pretzel to attend).

Even though she had to dodge hyperactive monkeys and over friendly holy cows she managed to find inner peace and never looked back.
