Classes begin with a focus on the breath to help ground and acknowledge the body to realize a new potential. My classes include classical hatha yoga asanas (postures) to help tone, strengthen and increase flexibility. Incorporating a flowing movement of forward bends, back bends, inversions and twists to stretch the spine in eight directions, thereby balancing the central nervous system.
