We currently provide 17 classes per week. Punch passes are good for all classes and do not expire. Monk Yoga has eight wonderful teachers. We now are in our own studio in the heart of downtown Loveland. We are constantly adding teachers and yoga styles to provide many opportunities to build your own yoga practice. We regularly schedule workshops we feel are beneficial for all to grow in awareness. We also provide hiking/yoga packages and massage/yoga packages.
