Each class has a theme; it could be a physical area, like tight shoulders or lower back or hamstrings or posture, or a concept like yoga for insomnia or for seasonal allergies or for better digestion - the variety is endless! Classes end with a lying-down, inch-by-inch relaxation.
Not power yoga! Plenty of personal attention, and the teacher will recommend easier versions of movements when necessary.

Rock Your Asana (75 minutes)
This vinyasa-style class is set to top 40, pop, and/ or hip hop music. Instructors will sequence a flow allowing students to ride the breath and music to match. Get ready to sweat and have fun doing it!
Happy Hour Flow (60 minutes, power flow)
This hour-long, after work yoga class focuses on a more athletic style of yoga, incorporating core work and pilates into the sequence. Suitable for all levels, happy hour flow is a productive and sweaty workout that focuses more on the physical movement and less on the meditative principles of yoga. Earn that margarita in this fat-torching class!
RAW (Yoga For Men)
This non-frilly approach to yoga focuses on the physical postures and benefits of a consistent yoga practice. Students in this class are offered the chance to practice in a space that is free from judgement, sanskrit, and awkward poses. Gain strength and flexibility in a class that will compliment any workout program.
Prenatal Yoga (75 minutes)
Connect with your changing body as you prepare yourself for labor and birth. This class incorporates modified postures, meditation, and breath work to safely strengthen and relax your body during pregnancy.
