|Description:||According to traditional yogic teachings, the eight limbs of yoga are the eight steps one must follow in order to reach enlightenment. The first step on this path is made up of the five yamas, or ethical guidelines one should follow when interacting with others, and the second is made up of the five niyamas, or positive observances one should follow when dealing with oneself. During these retreats, we will devote an entire day of asana practice and contemplation to each of the yamas and niyamas, learning how to apply them in your life and leaving you more positive and focused. Allow yourself to reinvigorate in a magical paradise while bringing yourself one step closer to ultimate consciousness.|
